Bring Your Entire Volleyball
Community Together
Spike bridges Club Directors, Coaches, Families, and Local Sponsors — eliminating admin clutter so the focus stays on the kids and the sport.
The Daily Friction of Youth Sports
Admin overhead shouldn't choke out the love of the game.
Club Directors
Drowning in isolated software silos. Juggling separate unlinked systems for referee payouts, court bookings, and custom spreadsheets just to keep the doors open.
Coaches & Mentors
Spending up to 30% of their limited volunteer time managing messy email threads, collecting missing documents, and sorting scheduling issues instead of training athletes.
Parents & Families
Suffering from communication fatigue. Hunting across three different messaging platforms just to figure out which court their child plays on this weekend.
Volunteers & Helpers
The hardest-working group with the least rewarding tasks. Without encouragement or simple reward mechanics, volunteerism quickly fades—leaving coordinators entirely alone.
Our Platform
Imagine auto-populating Program & Event details to Parents, Coaches, and Players through one CMS. Do it once — they see it, they live it.
Not ready to leave spreadsheets? No problem. Every tool supports CSV import and export — so you can stay within your comfort zone and migrate at your own pace.
Director's Club Management System (CMS)

- Transparent budgeting tools and program setups
- A unified environment to balance resources and team demand

Keep parents informed, connected, and happy. Bring multi-child schedule tracking, fees, and club updates into a single clear dashboard that matches their chaotic family calendar.
- One centralized household master calendar
- One-click dues payments with absolute fee transparency

- Simplified availability tracking and commitment calendar templates
- Transparent record tracking for confirmed earnings and matches
- Immediate updates regarding tournament timing or court location shifts
Coach Dashboard
Coaches change lives when they are teaching sportsmanship and form, not when filling out forms. This toolbox keeps them organized with collective practice libraries and immediate parent updates.

- Hassle-free attendance and roster assignment checks
- Direct line to parent toolboxes for easy reminders
Sponsorship Support
Volunteerism often fades without rewards. Our unique module allows local neighborhood businesses to easily back your club while directly thanking the parent volunteers who keep the club thriving.
